Delivery & Returns Policy



All orders will be sent via Royal Mail UK Signed For at a cost of £4.50. A signature will be required upon receipt but if you are not around to take delivery Royal Mail will leave you a card with further instructions.

We will endeavour to send all orders within 3 days of receipt, however we do not despatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. 

We will do our best to meet all orders but we cannot guarantee availability of any items displayed on our website. We reserve the right to discontinue any product listed on the website at any time without notice.

Currently from the website we only ship to the UK. We may be able to ship items outside of the UK on a special request basis. Please Contact Us to discuss.



We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you find something is just not for you, simply return it to us in the same condition it was received and we will refund the cost of the item.

Please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn and were possible with their original packaging (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Returns are made at your own risk and expense, therefore we recommend that you send your item recorded delivery and retain proof of postage just in case anything goes missing.

Once we receive your returned item we will refund its cost, which may take 3 – 5 days to show on your card.

Please note that with the exception of faulty items Pip at Twelve is not responsible for the return postage costs or any costs associated with the return.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
